Filter Typeform name on HubSpot

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi all,

I would frequently use filters for active lists or workflows on HubSpot to pull contacts who have filled in a Typeform survey. On HubSpot, the Typeform form only appears in this specific naming convention that makes is difficult to identify which survey it is. This may be a bigger issue once we build out more forms. Is there anyway to show the actual Typeform’s name?

@shoon @Liz  - not sure if this will work with hubspot, but if you added a variable to your form, and gave it a value that you would remember ie v_form_name = ‘April’, the variable would be available to be stored in Hubspot in a custom field. then you could use this field as the filter value

i’ve done this in Kit/Convertkit, mailchimp, and a few others.

just a thought, if it works.

Hi @shoon Ah yes, this is a great request. We sadly don’t have another option to edit the way the name appears in Hubspot, but I’ll share this feedback with the team. It’s definitely confusing, especially if you don’t casually remember your Typeform IDs offhand! 😅

Thanks, @Liz! For now, my best solution is to go to the forms tab and see the most recently created form to get that ID, but not the best or cleanest method.
