Google sheets integration

I have just completed my first survey and the results are being sent to Google Sheets. The results columns are mismatched and the even the question order is off from the actual survey.  Ideas? Thanks.

@proactivept - welcome to the community and congrats on the first survey.

the ‘best practice’ approach would be to complete all the work on your typeform and publish it first BEFORE you make the connection to the google sheet.

If you create a few questions in the form then do the connection then add more questions or change the order and then publish a final version of the typeform you do run the risk of having a google sheet that does not match up to your typeform structure.

suggest you delete the connection/integration, make sure your form has been published and then recreate the integration. That should resolve the problem.

Hey @proactivept! Yes, congrats on your first survey. John's advice should work, sometimes deleting and recreating the integration solves the problem! Ah, and don't forget to send the form to us so we can take a look at it! 😉
