I have a Typeform connected to a Google Sheet. If I change the questions in the Typeform, the headers in the Sheet do not seem to change. Is there a way to re-sync a Typeform’s questions to a Sheet? Do I have to disconnect the integration completely or is there a less disruptive way?

You'd have to disconnect the integration completely and do it again. Any edits that you make to the form or to the sheet might break the integration and then you'd need to follow this process again.
