When we have a incident we need to complete a report which we share with our customers. I can build the questions in typeform but is there an easy way for Typeform to create the document?
Ideally i would want it to take the answers and populate a word document / template? is that possible?

there are a number of posts on how to connect the Typeform to Google Sheet and then merge the data with a template in Google Docs (or Slides), convert to a pdf and mail it to the users.
