Is it possible to add CSS/JS to embed code?

We are using your embed code to add a question flow to our website.

<div data-tf-live="FORMCODE"></div>
<script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>

The issue is when you get to the end and try to book a call using the embedded Calendly integration, a massive cookie popup comes up. We can't use the Calendly hide cookie popup options because it's via an integration with TypeForm. This is a mobile only issue for us.

You have Embed SDK options but not sure how to build that code profile.

<style>
div#onetrust-banner-sdk {display: none!important;}
#onetrust-banner-sdk {display: none!important;}
.otPcPanel { display:none; }
</style>

Seems like this code should work but it doesn't apply to the embed. We can use iFrame if necessary but not sure how to make it all work together.

Anybody ever ran into this and have a solution?

Thank you.

Hi @integralhuman Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a good one. You could definitely try to add your own custom code to the Embed SDK. However, we wouldn’t be able to support any issues that arise.

The cookie banner from Calendly is expected, but you could reach out to Calendly to see if it’s possible to remove this banner.

This is an ongoing issue for a few years between typeform and calendly. As the company that created the integration typeform should have fixed this a long time ago. Calendly provides native support to remove the cookie banner but you guys don’t allow this approach via typeform directly. I have seen many threads pertaining to this. It’s unfortunate that typeform doesn’t listen to consumers in this regards.

It’s an issue that effects every single person that integrates typeform/calendly. Or you could allow other calendar integrations such as scheduleonce, that doesn’t have this issue altogether.

Thanks

Hi @integralhuman I do believe this is an issue we’ve brought up to Calendly, however, I don’t know the exact status of it. Though, I can share your feedback with the product team.

As for removing the URL, I’ll do that here shortly!

If you do have any questions or feedback, please let us know!
