Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to read and assist if you can. I am trying to connect a survey to Google Sheets. When clicking “connect” I am brought to this page where it says we are already connected to Google. (This was done with an employee’s email that no longer works here). When I click
“add account” from the drop down, the drop down closes, but nothing happens. I’ve tried logging in and out of typeform, restarting my browser, clearing cache and cookies with no luck. I was wondering if there was a way to disconnect the other Google account or if maybe there is an alternate way for me to connect to my Google account.
Is there an alternate way to connect Google?

What browser are you working on?
If you haven’t tried on Chrome yet, I’d give that a shot to see if that does the trick. Sometimes, other browsers can be a bit finicky.

Hi Liz! I am using Google Chrome so that shouldn’t be the issue.
