Mapping a single typeform to create a new salesforce account record and a new related contact record

I have created a new typeform and I need it to create a salesforce Account record based on fields included in the form and then to create a salesforce Contact record which is linked to the contact record.

I have already created new mappings for the Account and Contact objects.

Is it possible to do this? Thanks
