Option to add tags in mailchimp not showing up

Hi @morjgreen thanks for stopping by! This may be a dumb question, but do you have tags setup in your Mailchimp account? If not, you’ll want to add them there first and then start the integration process again.

Yes the tags are all set up. Is there some sort of secret to restarting the integration process? Because I have deleted it and restarted it multiple times and still the option does not appear, telling me to restart again.

Hi @morjgreen Huh, that is strange. Do you happen to be a member on a team account? If so, you may need to try connecting under the owner’s login information.
