Hello there,

When surveying multiple organisations would best practice be to; use one google sheet for all the organisations or create separate google sheets for each company? The typeform used and its contents would be the same for each company.

Hi again, @AlienWithin ! I think this depends on what you’re looking to do with the data after having the form filled out. Would you mind sharing a bit of insight on what happens after your respondents fill out the form?

We plan to use the data for two things

  1. To build  dashboards for companies that become our clients  
  2. To use the data as part of a email campaign     

@AlienWithin Ah, in that case, definitely would suggest multiple Google Sheets then! I think that would be the easiest to separate and then you can share each individual file/form with the companies you work with without sharing everyone’s data.
