Thanks for reaching out @martink hopefully someone here can help you with this. You could also try Typeform’s partner directory, where we have a list of approved agencies who work on Typeform projects. Cheers!

Hi @martink ,

I can set up the integration between Typeform, Stripe, and Calendly to match your workflow.
Let me know what your ideal user experience looks like and I will tailor the setup accordingly.
Happy to coordinate on next steps.

A direct email is a good way to start a private conversation about a specific integration project, but for other users looking for similar help, I can offer some advice here on the technical approach.

Integrating Typeform, Stripe, and Calendly, especially with a need for payment processing and appointment scheduling, can be achieved efficiently using their respective APIs, orchestrated through a tool like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and a server-side tagging solution like Stape or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The combination of the Typeform API, Stripe API, and Calendly API provides robust, direct control over the data flow.

You can use the Typeform API to capture form submission data, then trigger the Stripe API for secure payment processing based on that data, and finally use the Calendly API to schedule an event after successful payment.

All of this can happen with custom logic that ensures a smooth user experience and accurate data capture.

For reliable tracking and advanced analytics, implementing a server-side tagging strategy is highly recommended.

GTM is essential for deploying the necessary tracking codes on your website.

However, client-side tracking (browser-based) can be unreliable due to ad blockers and browser restrictions.

By using a server-side solution like Stape or GCP, you can send data directly from your server to marketing and analytics platforms, bypassing many client-side limitations.

This approach is particularly powerful for tracking conversions.

When the successful Stripe payment and Calendly booking events occur on the server, you can reliably send them as tracking events to platforms like Google Analytics or Facebook/Meta.

Key Standard Events like Purchase, CompleteRegistration, or Schedule can be configured server-side.

For instance, the server could send the Purchase event to Facebook's Conversions API the moment the Stripe payment is confirmed.

This ensures that your advertising platforms get accurate, complete data, which is crucial for campaign optimization and accurate reporting.
