I have a subscription that allows for 250 responses per month, but ALL responses were instantly filled by fake BOT responses. I am trying to redo the campaign and create a landing page to validate respondents are real humans before I manually send them the link to our survey. If I delete all of the BOT responses in my account, will I be able to start over or will they still be counted toward my monthly response limit. Can I have customer service reset my response limit for this month so I can start over?

I’m afraid those responses do count towards your limit, but I’d suggest reaching out to our support team here to see if there’s anything they can do for you.
