I have a subscription that allows for 250 responses per month, but ALL responses were instantly filled by fake BOT responses. I am trying to redo the campaign and create a landing page to validate respondents are real humans before I manually send them the link to our survey. If I delete all of the BOT responses in my account, will I be able to start over or will they still be counted toward my monthly response limit. Can I have customer service reset my response limit for this month so I can start over?
