How to reach Typeform support for billing issues

I’ve been a Typeform subscriber for 5+ years now. I’m shocked to see that my account has been downgraded to the FREE plan and all my Typeforms have been taking down, despite the fact that I’ve paid for the yearly PRO subscription.

 

Typeform did not send a single email to me, before taking all the forms offline. 

 

I’ve created a ticket, and even sent an email to: billing@typeform.com. 

 

My entire business relies on capturing leads through Typeform, and the fact that Typeform does not provide urgent support to its loyal customers is shockingly unbelievable to me. 😟

 

Does anyone know if there’s any way to reach the support urgently?

 

P.S: I can’t access Live Chat, because I’ve been downgraded to the Free plan.
