Yes I did (3 actually), they came back to me late last night… Send back this morning but curious if it takes again 2 days..

I really have an emergency but I can't reach the support (no answer yet after 24 hours...)

I upgraded to the Plus plan immediately after paying $29 for the basic plan. So I paid extra $30 because the plus plan is $59. I have not been upgraded or even given an invoice yet my card was charged for that amount. I this a scam or what?.
