Requesting urgent help in refunding yearly plan and switching to monthly

I paid for a yearly plan by mistake and want to switch to a monthly plan. Request support as soon as possible because I cannot afford a yearly plan. Submitted a support ticket 40 minutes ago but did not get a reply.
