Hello!

We wanted to cancel our subscription and it was still possible when I logged in. I checked the FAQs and returned to the Billings & Payment section, maybe 10 minutes later maximum, but then I could not cancel anymore.  The credit card on the account is expired so we haven’t been charged. How to resolve this?

Why we cancelled: We did one survey all year. We liked your form, the issue is that we aren’t ready to integrate surveys into our customer outreach yet.

Hi @ASKA sorry to hear you are wanting to cancel, but completely understand if it’s not the right time for you. 

If you haven’t already, you will need to submit a ticket to our billing support team via this link so they can assist you.
