I have upgraded my Typeform account this morning from free to the paid basic plan to see more of our survey results, but the upgrade is still not reflecting on my account?

We’re not seeing the upgrade option either and our account has reached 15k responses and is now preventing our patients from completing intake forms.  On top of that support is not available on weekends.  

Who can help us resolve this today?
