Looking for a plan that will let me use the hidden fields feature - on the help page this seems to say a ‘Professional’ plan, but on the upgrade options it’s ‘Start’, ‘Improve’ or ‘Impress’ - which one do I need?!

Though, you should be able to use hidden fields on any of those plans (including the free plan), but if you're seeing something different, would you mind sending a screenshot so I can take a look? Thanks in advance!

It seems like I can set up hidden fields, but can’t seem to add them in as a question type on the form (screen grab below)
