It seems that I can simply drag-and-drop questions in multi-question pages out of the multi-question page, but how can I move questions into it?

Providing a question type is compatible with the Multi-Question Page, you should be able to drag it in or out, as needed. We have a Help Center article here which explains the set up and lists the compatible question types, but let us know if something doesn’t seem to be working as expected!
