Hi, i cant enter my forms. What does it mean this message? 500. We feel a disturbance in the forms

Hey everyone,

 

Thank you so much for your patience! At 9:00 CET Typeform experienced an unexpected outage due to an issue with AWS. Our team was actively working with AWS to investigate the root cause and ensure that measures are put in place to prevent similar issues in the future. 

Seems like recovery has happened and operations have been restored. You can check out Typeform’s Status page here for any incidents.

I’m having issues as well.

 

There’s a massive Amazon Web Service outage at the moment so sites like Canva, Amazon Prime, Snapchat, Duolingo etc. are all down!! Wouldn’t surprise me if Typeform’s linked to that as well.

 

Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon...

Looks like Typeform’s (tentatively) working for me now! Other AWS hosted sites/apps are still down, so not sure how long it will be up for… fingers crossed that’s the end of it now.

Ok I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my video brings back this error.

I’m facing the same issue too. It seems to be a temporary server problem from Typeform’s side. Try refreshing after some time — it usually gets resolved automatically.
