Embed Typeform in a Zendesk Help Center article

I don't think it's possible to do, since, if so, I think I'd find articles about it :-) Can someone tell me definitively that I cannot embed a Typeform into a Zendesk Help Desk article?

Thanks.

Hi @Paul Burchfield Nice to see you here again!

Our Help Center team let me know that you can embed typeforms into Zendesk articles. :grinning:  This article isn’t exactly helpful, but it’s the closest thing I could find that might give some insight on how to do this. Hopefully it helps a bit!

That worked. And then here are the extra steps once you have changed that setting in Zendesk.

When editing/creating the Help Center article, you press the Source Code button:

And then you can paste in the Embed code from Typeform (“Standard” seems to work best for me):

Then press Save in the Source Code editor and press Save again in the main Help Center article.
