Google doc import error message

When I try to import a google doc to create a survey, I get this message:

The payload is invalid.
---------
Error #1. Description: should NOT be longer than 255 characters | Field: /fields/6/properties/choices/0/label |
Error #2. Description: should NOT be longer than 255 characters | Field: /fields/6/properties/choices/2/label |

What does that mean and how do I fix the doc? Thanks!

Hi @PeterCBOgrants Welcome to the community! The error message you’re seeing means that there are some fields that need to have the characters reduced to be less than 255 characters. If you’re using a multiple choice or dropdown, this is typically where that error appears.

Hey @PeterCBOgrants! Were you able to check Liz' message and fix the doc? Hoping you did! Hope you have an amazing day!

Yes, thanks. The problem was actually caused by the Welcome Screen and a Statement. My advice is to not include such text in the import document but add it later once you're in Typeform.
