Under “Insights & Optimization”…
The Free, Basic, and Plus plans all include “Download Data” and “Form Metrics”… 

Please tell me what this includes exactly?

What information from my Quiz/Form/Survey will I be able to track?
AND
What info will I NOT be able to track?
