Email disappearing from outlook inbox once uploaded to typeform.

Not entirely sure why this happens. We have an internal typeform where you request a review. A fast way of filling in all of the details and attachment info is to upload (drag and drop) the an email directly from outlook. The problem is this seems to be then deleting the email from outlook (i can get a link of it through typeform) but I want a copy of that email to remain in the uploaders inbox. 

Does anyone know why this is happening, how I can stop it happening? Where does the email go to?

Ah, interesting, @Welland . I had no idea that was a possibility! It sounds, though, like this is something you would need to contact Outlook about, as we have no control over their email inbox.

Hi @Welland How are you dragging and dropping the email into the form? Is this through a screenshot?

You click and hold on an email in outlook and drag it to the upload box.
