I have an issue with the synchronisation between Typeform and Hubspot.
I made some changes in the sync: <answer to the question X> sync to <B> from now NOT <A> ANYMORE .
I already hard refresh, sing out x5, relaunch google etc. Nothing is working.

I've talked to our technical team and they said the integration should be working just fine. I advise you to raise a ticker with our support so they can investigate this for you. You can create the ticket using this link.
