Business Account got downgraded although we paid

Hey, anyone knows how to reach the support quickly? Typeform is an integral part of our product and we always enjoyed the great support. However although we paid via bank transfer 6 days ago the sub for our business account, our account got downgraded like we would have not paid.

Now, the big prob is that we cannot use the chat function as we have been downgraded and our ticket is unanswered since noon…

If anyone knows how to reach the support quickly please help as it is now damaging our business…
