Is there a way to add a block of text to the response summary report (the one that’s created when you click “Generate a report” under the “Response summary” page)?
I’ve customized the cover, logo, and theme but really need a way to add some introductory description text.

While we don’t have this feature available, you could export the data to Google Data Studio to then create as custom of a report as you’d prefer:
