When I am designing the form, I see this:

 

 

Then, when I embed it on my site, I see this:

 

How can I put all the answers in a single column?

@att21 do you mind sharing the URL where you have it embedded? I’m thinking it might have to do with the width of the form, but I can verify that once I see it. :grinning:

Hi @att21 thank you! Can I have you try changing the width in the embed to be a specific pixel amount? At the moment, the width is currently set to 100%. I tried 500px, and I *think* this worked, but I won’t know for sure until you give it a try on your site!

Two things happen…

  1. Form is no longer centered on page.
  2. Breaks mobile responsive them and question runs out of view

Hi @att21 apologies for missing your response! I took a look at the form, and it appears that the multiple choice options are all in a singular row now. Are you seeing this as well?
