One of our clients who would like to complete our customer service form is unable to because her company systems don't allow her to access the form as the “connection is not private”. Is there anything I can do?

Hi @Robert Govers Do you mind sending the URL of the form so we can see how they’re accessing it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Liz, This is the URL: https://anholtco.typeform.com/2024NBI

Hi @Robert Govers ,
You could try embedding the form onto your website. It may bypass some of the restrictions imposed by the company firewalls and improve accessibility for your clients

Thanks Harsh. Good suggestion! Not really an option for us, but thanks for your help nonetheless. Happy holidays!

Hi @Robert Govers Oh! You’re sending them straight to the typeform URL and this is happening? Now that’s odd, especially since the URL has HTTPS in it. Are you sending it via email? Or how are they accessing the link?

Thanks Liz! We're sending out emails with the above link included in the text, which they obviously click on.

Hm. That is definitely weird. The only other thing I can think of is that the URL doesn’t specifically have the HTTPS in it within the email. Do you happen to know if your email service provider changes the link, such as for tracking clicks, @Robert Govers ?
