Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the sending follow-ups to my customers, they usually ends in the customer’s spam folder. Typeform support says that I can whitelist my email using filtres, but I have no idea what that means. Unfortunately I have no information about that, and I am really desperate .
Do you have any experience with that? Does your email notifications@typeform.com ends in the spam folder, or where could be the problem?
