Emails to SPAM problems

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the sending follow-ups to my customers, they usually ends in the customer’s spam folder. Typeform support says that I can whitelist my email using filtres, but I have no idea what that means. Unfortunately I have no information about that, and I am really desperate :-) .

Do you have any experience with that? Does your email notifications@typeform.com ends in the spam folder, or where could be the problem?

Thank you very much for you responses.

Lukas

@LukasDoubrava - one of the things that you might want to consider: put a note in the description area on your ending page that you are sending an email notification directly to their email address. If they don’t see it in their inbox, please check in the Spam folder just in case’..

Hi @LukasDoubrava Thanks for stopping by the community! If you have an email service provider such as Google, usually you just have to mark that the email isn’t spam to prevent it from ending up in that inbox again.
