Survey partial embedded in E-Mail

Hi all,

I have two questions:

  1. Where can I find the option to show to the user who is filling the survey, how many questions are left ? As in the example:

  2. Is that possible to have only one question from the survey embedded on the email, and the rest of survey is done by pressing a link (which redirects them to typeform) ? We are using Salesforce to send out the emails.

And we also want that the answer they give in the first question (so the question that is embedded in the mail), to come in typeform together with the rest of the answers coming from the link.

We plan to have the first question a Yes/No Multiple select questions.

Thank you in advance :)

Hi @elisonv Welcome to the community! Happy to have you here. To answer your questions,

  1. This article here can walk you through adding the progress bar to your form.
  2. This is actually how our embed feature works within an email. :) You can read more about embedding your Typeform in an email here

Let us know if you have any questions about adding your Typeform to an email or issues adding the progress bar!

Hi @Liz thanks a lot for your answer.

One further question regarding the progress bar.
The way it is, is not that clear that it the progress bar. Is there a way to have it as the above example in the screenshot ? So the respondent can see the number so questions, e.g. 2 of 5 answered.

Regards,

Elison

HI @elisonv We don’t have any additional formatting options for the progress bar, but happy to share this feedback with the product team!
