Hallo, I created a Typeform and my boss bought the (basic) upgrade for her account. How can I transfer the Typeform I created to her account? Transfer of ownership doesn't work, as her account already exists. I cannot find any option to contact the support team, as that part of the website is bugging, so I hope to get an answer from the community. 

Maybe also important: my account is connected to my Google account. I already tried to set a new password to separate the social account from the mail address, but that doesn't work. Clicking the “set a new password” button just sends me straight to the log-in page.
