How can a form be transferred from an organisation to another?

Issue:

An external consultant created a form for us, this stayed in their Typeform Organisation space. They will stop managing our forms so I would like the form to be transferred to my Typeform Organisation. 

The consultant has made me owner of the form, and it is now showing on my Private workspaces but it is still on her organisation. 

I have tried:

To “Move to” the form to my own Organisation but it doesn’t allow.

To “Copy to” the form to my own Organisation. But if I do this, the connection between the spreadsheet and the form is lost (even if I own the spreadsheet) and a new link to the form is created.
