I need to set up an auto trigger so that people who have started filling out the forms and have not submitted get a email reminder. The first question is to capture the email. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partially completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed).

it may also depend on the level of Typeform plan that you have, which will determine what you can see in the back end
i created a quick test/sample that has this type of structure
you’ll see the partial submit point in the image above.
i then accessed the typeform 6 times (see the image below) - 3 full completions, one partial (entered the email then closed the form when presented with the next question) and 2 who did not enter email.
When i look at the Reponses tab, i see the three completed and one partial submit (note the Response type column)
you can use the Workflow - Messages feature to send an email to the respondent and set the trigger to ‘any partial response’.
This send the out to the user - BUT sometimes this results in an email being sent to folks who actually end up completing the form as well… for example, if i am interrupted in the completion of the form, the typeform workflow may send out the partial complete email ‘now’ and then i might complete the form later, and the response type would have changed to Completed.
if you DON’T have the partial submit point in your typeform and you are sending the link to the form out to people via email, then you would have to ‘manage’ the auto trigger somehow from your ESP/CRM system
