Typeform link as website url in facebook ad

Hi guys, does anyone has experience publishing facebook ads and redirecting people to a typeform instead of a landingpage?

@Angelo,

We normally don’t run ads and I don’t have experience with FB ads. However, based on my experience, it’s better to use embedded Typeforms on your domain if the main purpose is to track users.

@Angelo - you will run into ‘challenges’ with FB on that: they sort of mandate that YOUR ads go to YOUR pages … lots of folks trying to do affiliate marketing run FB ads to point to the target page of the product they are promoting and their account gets shut down: because they don’t ‘own’ the target domain.

if you try to go directly to a typeform ON the Typeform platform, instead of a typeform embedded on page in your domain, you can run into similar (account cancellation) issues.

check the Ts&Cs on the FB site for how to do this properly, with minimal risk to your FB account
