Unable to publish even after upgrading the plan | Community

I’ve upgraded to a Pro account but still can’t publish my form - still receiving the msg that says I need to upgrade. So frustrating !

Once you try to publish it, Typeform will always tell you the reason and the feature that stops you from publishing your form. Can you share a screenshot showing the message you see? I'll be happy to take a look and clarify what this means :)

@JensMeeus - what it says in the message is that you are using a ‘premium design theme’ ie the look and feel of the template/form. 

you need to be on a different plan to use that feature… you will have to change the design template to something that is not part of the ‘upgrade required’ set.

Hey John, I’ve paid for an upgrade yesterday and still can not publish…?

 


@JensMeeus - it sometimes takes Typeform 24-36 hours to get the upgrades pushed out to the accounts.. 

hopefully you have it by now
