If you see an anonymous response it means someone landed on your videoask and started interacting, but they didn’t leave their contact information, so the response gets labelled as anonymous.
At what point do you have the contact form enabled? It could also be that people are getting to the “leave a video” step and then dropping off without completing it. This “partial response” will still appear in your inbox.
