You are on the Videoask instead of the customers website :(
The setup for this brand:
Hey @Daniel Habich hmmm ok looks like the setup is ok, I’m just going to do some testing to see what’s happening!
Hey @Daniel Habich the VideoAsk support team have asked if you could share a screen recording of your setup with them so they can do some troubleshooting with you. You can create a ticket via the videoask here
Hi @Daniel Habich, has this been resolved? I had a similar issue and had to setup a separate subdomain for the Videoask form (which isn’t really ideal).
Wondering if there’s a better way to resolve it.
Hi @Gene.C@Grace should be able to give some insight into this in your other post!
Hi @Gene.C the support team are doing some testing, it looks like this could be a bug with custom domains. I would recommend reaching out to the VideoAsk support team via the link I shared above, but I will drop back in here with any updates I get!
I’m having this same problem, has anyone found any workarounds? @Gene.C , could you share how did you manage to resolve it? Even not ideal is better than no solution at all. Thanks!
Hey @Adrian Diaz Lopez I believe the bug was fixed, but if you’re still having problems would you mind sending a screen recording/screen shots to the VideoAsk support team so they can investigate? You can email support@videoask.com.
