In VIdeoask, I have 4 questions, which I add 1 to the score each time. that way I can see how many questions they answer. e.g. if they only answered 2 questions, the score is 2. I then need to fed into LeadConnector (Brandbuilder), in order to then move the client into the correct automation workflow.
I did my first Zap (Zapier) which worked, but the score does not show up for me to transfer to LeadConnector.
Is this field not available in Zapier? when I go thru VideoAsk looking at each client, I see the score field, so data exists.

Hi โ@Nancy Rose, I have had success setting up scoring via make.com to handle an automation for a client of mine in the past. It was to generate a total score that I converted into a $ quote amount that then went to an email template. Do you have familiarity with make.com?
I am not as familiar with LeadConnector, but if it is associated with GoHighLevel, then I see an option exists. If it is just receiving a notification the score value could be passed through a simple make.com email automation so you are notified.
At the moment the scoring feature is only visible within VideoAsk, itโs not possible to export the results or send them somewhere via Zapier. Iโm going to pass this onto our product team as feedback and will keep you posted on any updates!
