video ask

my contact is not able to click on “request permissions” to get his cam and mic connected to record a video responding to my videoask. What to do? also, how the heck do you contact videoask support team? there is no way!!

Do you know what browser they’re using to view the videoask? 

You can contact the support team via support@videoask.com. If you are in your VideoAsk account, you can click on the question mark icon in the bottom left corner and it brings up all the Help options, including contacting the support team. It should open up your email browser when you click on it.

 

 

Let me know if you have any trouble getting through to them, but they’re normally pretty speedy at picking up requests.

Hi ​@Pradnya Kulkarni you should still see the Help options no matter what plan you’re on - could you send a screen shot of what you’re seeing?
