So, we don't offer this functionally (in the same screen). What you could do is to use a Picture Choice question, add the corresponding image to each choice and configure the Logic with Branching and Calculations so that it shows content A for UPSIDE, content B for DOWNSIDE and content C for TIPS. Just a thought!
