Tracking conversion from Facebook?

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hello,

is it possible to track conversions from facebook in Typeform? I need to insert the “lead” tracking code to the SUBMIT button or is there a particular URL when participant submit the form?

Thank you,

Honza

Hi @Honza Kysely thanks for stopping by! :) We currently pass the following events below to Facebook once the form is submitted:

  • TypeformFirstInteraction: triggered when someone does any of the following: click on the Welcome Screen, press the button on the first question/statement
  • TypeformSubmit: triggered when someone completes a typeform and clicks Submit.

Does that help a bit? :grinning:

Actually yes :)
I didn't know it is measured automatically. So basically there is no need to add scripts to Tag manager, right?
And when it comes to LinkedIn? We would need to measure the same thing - when the participant clicks submit in the typeform. How to set it up correctly?

Thanks a lot, Honza

Hi @Honza Kysely That event is sent automatically! Though, if you don’t see it appear, please let us know. At the moment, we don’t currently have an integration with LinkedIn, so we aren’t able to track data there, but you could use the Google Tag Manager integration to add any other scripts (such as for tracking to LinkedIn).
