Hi,
I’ve got our first Typeform set-up, everything is fine, except that when someone clicks submit, nothing happens, it looks like a frozen screen.
We have a thank you page, but once there nothing happens. I tried to add a redirect, but it did not work. How can I resolve this?

Thanks, it is published and I was testing the embedded form. I did multiple resets and finally got it working. I am still not sure that the problem was, it was not an obvious one like the lack of a thank you page or a redirect, but something in one of the minor settings must have been the issue as I changed a few of those in the process. I updated the embedded form and am all set now, we will start surveying our network directly in the next few days. Thanks a lot!

Can you confirm you've published your form? Also, are you testing the form using the link from the Share Panel? The Preview wouldn't display the Thank you screen nor the redirect link.
