On a published survey, questions that allowed for respondents to enter a longer statement (free form), it did not provide fields for respondents to enter information. It only displayed a continue option button. I had to change the option to long text. But this is not what I wanted initially.

the statement page is for us to make a statement or post a note to the users. it is not an input question.
the long text question is the one that you want to use.
