Why can’t I download and view the files that have been uploaded onto my survey?

Hi @Shana Ritter You can click on them in the Results panel to download. Are you receiving an error when trying to do so?

    I’m facing similar problem. When I go to the Results panel to download the file, nothing happens. I recieve every survey response in my email and when i click in the file uploaded, the download never ends.
