Hey @itay

You can follow the steps in this help center article: https://www.videoask.com/help/sharing/360057274752-deactivate-or-close-your-videoask

If you want to close the videoask with immediate effect, you can select a date/time in the past (e.g. 5 mins ago), otherwise you can choose a date in the future if you want to schedule it to happen later. You can also choose a message to be displayed where the videoask is embedded, letting your site visitors know that the videoask is temporarily closed.

Hope this helps!

Hi @itay!🖐

Have you embedded the videoask on your website? If so, to prevent the whole videoask from displaying, you would need to remove the embed code that you’ve implemented on your site. Alternatively, if you don’t want to remove the embed code, you could consider closing the videoask and then re-open it again when you’re ready.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.😊
