We are using a Typeform for an Employee Survey every year. Every year we create a new survey with more or less the same questions.

I would suggest that you connect the surveys to google sheets or something similar to allow you to do the comparison: create a tab for each year and pull the ‘annual’ data into the appropriate tab.
this will allow you do to the analysis, etc. against your data..
just a suggestion.
