Payed the Business Yearly Plan but still not upgraded


Hello,

We payed the Business Yearly Plan a while ago but the Plan wasn’t upgraded and all my forms are now private! It’s very critical for me since my clients can’t submit the reponses.

Submitted several support tickets but still didn’t get any answer. Is there a phone number to contact you regarding the payments?

Thanks for your quick feedback.
We’ve sent the first request on Friday 02/02/24 and still didn’t get any answer.
It’s impacting our external clients, could you please ping Support Team for our issue?
