Cancel a subscription


I follow your instructions to cancel the subsciption and i can´t see on the bottom of the page the button to cancel it. Someone can help me ?

The button of canceling the subscription does not appear for me. I nee help from staff!!!!!

Hi @Marcos. Happy Tuesday!

 

Sorry to hear you will be cancelling your subscription with us. To do it, go to your Settings → Plan & Billing → Click on "Change my plan" → Select the Free version.

I can't see plan and billings under my settings to cancel my subscription. Please revert asap

My subscription is scheduled to renew in July 2021, but I need to cancel. When I follow the instructions and select “free plan” - the system just goes on an endless loop.. Any hints ?? Thanks

Also @Charlotte_ExportUSA . I’d love to know why this is happening to you. Would you be able to record your screen so the product team can have a look at this ‘endless loop’?
