Over the years, we’ve been very lucky to chat to some amazing customers that used Typeform to help grow their business. So in honour of small business month, we thought we would take a look back at just a few of our favourite success stories 🎉

3 customers that grew their business with Typeform

SwagUp

Entrepreneur and Founder of SwagUp, Michael Martocci, took his idea to market by building an MVP using Typeform, Trello and Wix. He understood how important swag can be for companies to secure the best talent, and decided to launch a swag company that reflected modern startups.

Michael didn’t have a ton of tech knowledge so he built his website on Wix, managed orders in Trello and used Typeform to collect inquiries and later funnel orders to Trello.

Superhuman

When Superhuman first launched they were looking for ways to find and identify the right customers, and quickly understand those customer needs while developing their product.

They created two main automated customer touch points, using Typeform, Zapier, Airtable and Calendly. An onboarding survey to qualify potential customers and a customer feedback survey to optimize and inform the product development roadmap.

These surveys allowed the small team of two people to converse with thousands of prospects and customers at scale, without losing the personalized touch that they needed to continue to grow and stand out from the crowd.

“Typeform is a production-grade system for our entire growth funnel” Gaurav Vohra, Founding Member, Superhuman.

Folk

A few years back, we spoke to Simo Lemhandez, Co-Founder of Folk, a super-cool, customizable CRM. They were just getting started on their journey to success and tapped into Typeform and other no-code tools, like Zapier, Webflow and Calendly, to create a workflow that could capture, onboard, and convert new users.

Simo very kindly walked us through the automated process they were using to funnel prospects into Folk. You can watch the interview here on the Community any time. 📺
