how we create a multi-numeric grid question as the total of this question 100%
i.,e., what is the percentage of males/females

Female----%
Sum-----100%

From a fellow community member - as long as you have a question in your Typeform that asks the participant to choose Male or Female, you can see the total respondents by going to the Results link then clicking Summary and viewing that question.
If you’re wanting the question to immediately update once the participant answers the question, that capability does not exist yet in Typeform.
